About our Frames
Signature Hardwoods
Our solid wood frames are sourced, milled, sized and finished by us. We finish them with all natural, non toxic shellac. These frames are one of a kind and built to last.
Ornate Mouldings
Some pieces of art or the rooms they hang in call for a more decorative frame. We offer a diverse array of traditional, ornate frames that will complement a wide variety of settings.
Reclaimed or Salvaged Wood
We love to build picture frames out of reclaimed and salvaged wood. Our frames have been built out of everything from 100+ year old barn wood to materials saved during a home renovation.
We can also build a frame out of wood salvaged from locally felled trees that have a deep connection to the Westerly area.
Matboards
Our go-to mat boards are 100% virgin alpha-cellulose acid and lignin free pH neutral papers that are fade and bleed resistant.
Simply put, these will make sure your artwork is safe and will look great for years.
Acrylic Glazing
We have become huge fans of the Acrylite Gallery series of acrylic panels that have been specifically designed for the picture framing industry.
They are lightweight, shatterproof, glare free and protect against UV damage.
Glare control makes such a big difference when viewing a framed object on the wall.

We will help you pick out the perfect frame, mat color and mounting style for your project. Our goal is to make framing packages that complement, not overpower, the work they enclose. The item in the frame should always be the star of the show.
We are available for design consultation appointments here at our shop on weekdays and on Saturdays from 10am to 3pm.
